I currently have an i5 6600k and noticed my CPU usage was at 100% while my GPU usage was at 55%. I took some suggestions from other posts like increasing AA to high and playing with post processing etc. Best I was able to do was shift 10% of the load to my GPU which also helped increase frames however my CPU is still running very close to 100%.
